Update Lake Francis

 I attended the Valley MUD #2 meeting this morning & asked if we could
get some water on Lake Francis due to health concerns.  There was about 15
dead fish which are starting to smell.  It was discussed and are now in the process
of putting water on lake Francis!!!!
